I had a fantastic stay in this smartliving apartment. It was very clean and located in a newly developed area. The proximity to the Seestadt subway station made it convenient to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a fully equipped kitchen and new furniture. I also appreciated the free parking spot in the nearby parking building, accessible by card. The location in this modern residential area provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

We loved the quiet area with car-free streets and the nearby park where we could relax. The convenience of having places to eat just a 100-meter walk away was a bonus. The value for money at this apartment was fantastic, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The location was unique, situated in a modern settlement with fields and meadows nearby.

The hotel is located in a new and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk away from the metro station. This makes it very convenient to explore the city center of Vienna, which is only a 15-20 minute train ride away. Additionally, there is a grocery store nearby, making it easy to stock up on any necessities. The rooms are clean and come with a spacious bathroom, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
The only minor drawback I noticed was the lack of sound insulation between the apartments. It would be helpful if this aspect could be improved in the future.

This apartment is in a convenient location, just a short walk from the metro station. It's situated in a new developed area, with easy access to the city center of Vienna. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a fan during the hot weather. Parking was available, which was a plus. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
There were concerns about the door connecting to another apartment, which compromised privacy and safety.
